How we count

  • Appointments that go wrong = appointments a month × how many out of 100 go wrong.
  • What they cost = those appointments × hours lost × people who go × cost of an hour.
  • Confirming by hand = appointments × minutes spent on each × cost of an hour. The messages do this work, so we count all of it as saved.
  • Saved = what the wrong ones cost × the share a confirmation would catch, plus the confirming time.
  • The plan is the smallest one that holds your appointments. We do not count lost sales or unhappy customers, so the real number is often higher.
