The founding price is for our first 10 businesses. It stays the same for 12 months while you are subscribed, and we set everything up with you.

Good to know
- What counts as an appointment?
- An appointment that gets at least one message in the month. Appointments that get no messages do not count.
- What if we have more appointments than the plan holds?
- We tell you at 80% and again at 100%. Reminders to your customers never stop without warning; you choose whether to move to the next plan.
- Do texts cost extra?
- No. Texts and emails for your appointments are included. A very long text counts as more than one; the message editor shows its size.
- Do we need a new phone number?
- Each business gets its own texting number, included in the price. Customers reply to it, and you answer from the app or your phone.
- Which calendars work?
- Google Calendar, including Google Workspace. Outlook comes when enough businesses ask for it.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. The first 30 days are free.
- What happens when the free days end?
- You choose a plan when you are ready; nothing is charged before. Without one, your reminders keep going 7 more days, then pause until you choose. We email you before each step.
