Last updated October 26, 2026

Draft. Our attorney has not reviewed these words yet. They may change before ConfirmCue starts charging businesses, and we will tell businesses that use it when they do.

In short

  • 8 companies help us run ConfirmCue. Each one sees only what it needs for its job.
  • All of them store and handle data in the United States.
  • We announce a new one at least 30 days before it starts.

2. What a subprocessor is

A company we use to run ConfirmCue that handles personal data for us: data about our users, or about the customers of the businesses that use ConfirmCue. Each one is bound by a written agreement to protect it and use it only for its job. The phone carriers that deliver texts, and the browser makers that deliver notifications, are not on this list: they deliver messages but do not work for us.

3. When the list changes

We update this page and email account owners at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts. How to object is in the Data Processing Addendum.
