This summary helps you read the page; the sections below are what counts.
1. What these texts are
Businesses use ConfirmCue to text their customers about appointments. If you agreed to get texts from such a business, you may get: a text when your appointment is booked, reminders before it, a text when it changes or is canceled, a text on the day saying when the team will arrive, and answers to your texts. Each text starts with the business’s name, and comes from that business’s own number.
The texts are never marketing or advertising. They are sent with ConfirmCue, a product of Broadmill Software LLC, on the business’s behalf.
2. How you agree
The business asks you, usually when you book, whether it may text you about your appointment, and records your answer. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. If you do not agree, the business can still reach you by email or phone.
3. How often and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your appointments: usually 2 to 4 texts per appointment, plus answers when you text the business. No texts at night (before 8 AM or after 9 PM).
Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s usual rates for texts apply; neither the business nor we charge you for them.
4. Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from that business’s number. These words work too: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, OPT OUT. You get one text confirming that you will get no more, and then nothing.
Replying CANCEL stops texts; it does not cancel your appointment. To cancel or change an appointment, call the business or use the link in its text.
To get texts again, reply START (or UNSTOP) to the same number.
5. Getting help
Reply HELP (or INFO) for the business’s name and how to reach it. You can also call the business, or write to us at support@confirmcue.com.
6. Carriers
Texts work with the major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for texts that are delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on these texts for anything urgent.
7. Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
The business decides how your information is used; we handle it on its behalf. Read our Privacy Policy.
8. In one line
